Infrastructure for continuing the work, together with AI.
Connecting human intent, knowledge, judgment, and action with AI—continuously.
What ABI Does
ABI (AI Business Infrastructure) is an AI infrastructure concept that connects a company's purpose, documents, knowledge, past decisions, and ongoing work with AI, and continuously manages planning, approval, execution, records, and improvement.
Rather than asking AI a question once and getting an answer, ABI aims to let people and AI share the history of the business, decide what to do next, keep important decisions under human approval, and carry the results into the next piece of work.
- Connect business purpose and information with AI
- Carry forward past decisions and context
- Keep important actions under human approval
- Record results and feed them into the next plan
Why Businesses Fail to Keep Moving Even After Adopting AI
- Conversations with AI end in the moment
- When people change roles, history and decisions are lost
- Documents, conversations, instructions, and results are managed separately
- No one is clearly responsible for approving AI's proposals
- Plans are made but never connected to execution and review
- AI is adopted but never built into actual workflows
ABI aims to solve these not as separate AI features, but as a single business infrastructure that connects purpose through execution and learning.
What ABI Aims to Change — How It Differs From Ordinary AI Use
| Typical AI use today | What ABI aims for |
|---|---|
| Explaining everything from scratch every time | Carrying forward past context and decisions |
| AI answers and the work stops there | Connecting through planning, approval, and execution |
| Information scattered across many places | Organizing information around the purpose |
| No record of who decided what | Recording approvers and decisions |
| Results are not reflected in what comes next | Feeding results into the next plan |
| Worry that AI will act on its own | Human approval before important actions |
Intended Use Cases
ABI is under development and validation, so the following are the use cases currently envisioned.
Launching a business
Connecting market research, business plans, roles, progress, decisions, and results so that a new business does not stall partway.
Sales and customer relations
Connecting customer information, proposals, past interactions, next actions, and approvals so that service continues even when staff change.
Internal operations and project management
Managing meetings, documents, instructions, approvals, progress, and results as one flow to reduce delayed decisions and fragmented information.
ABI Basic Cycle
ABI connects eight elements, from purpose to learning and improvement, into one cycle, and feeds improvements back into the next purpose and plan.
The Eight Elements of ABI
1Purpose
Clarifies the objective of a business or initiative and serves as the basis for judgment and execution.
2Context, Memory & Knowledge
Organizes documents, history, decisions, and know-how so that nothing has to be re-explained each time.
3Analysis Intelligence
Supports understanding of the situation and consideration of options based on organized information.
4Planning
Builds an executable plan and next actions based on the purpose and current situation.
5Human Approval Approval
A person reviews and approves the content before any important action.
6Execution
Executes approved plans and records who did what.
7Outcome Review Outcome
Reviews the results of execution and whether things went as planned.
8Learning & Improvement Learning
Feeds lessons from the results into the next decision and plan.
Important Decisions Are Never Left to AI Alone
ABI places weight on human review and approval for actions that affect the business, such as contracts, payments, external communications, and important data changes.
AI presents plans and options, and actions are carried out only after a person has reviewed and approved them. The aim is operation that offers not only convenience, but also safety, accountability, and a clear record.
The Relationship Between APC and ABI
APC organizes a company's operations and business objectives, and designs where AI should be used, which decisions people should make, and which work should be automated.
ABI is the infrastructure concept that keeps that design from ending as a one-time proposal, continuously connecting purpose, information, plans, approval, execution, and results.
Current Development Status
ABI is currently under development and validation toward practical use. It is not yet offered as a finished product for general use.
Alongside ABI's development, APC supports organizations with operational mapping, AI adoption design, and approval workflow design. We also welcome inquiries from companies and business partners interested in validating or co-developing ABI.
